Intron Technology Subsidiary Qingheng Named "National High-tech Enterprise"

(Hong Kong, 18 December 2023) - Intron Technology Holdings Limited ("Intron Technology" or "Group"; Stock code: 1760.HK) , a leading  automotive electronics solutions provider in China, announced today that its subsidiary Qingheng Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. ("Qingheng") has made the list of the second batch of certified “National High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai in 2023” recently released by the National High-tech Enterprise Recognition and Management Leading Group Office, representative of the recognition for its technological strength, laid a solid foundation for promoting innovation, increasing market value, and enhancing brand image for Intron Technology.

The "National High-tech Enterprise" assessment is currently one of the most authoritative in the country on the comprehensive technological strength of an enterprise, hence is of high reference value. Enterprises are evaluated strictly by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation based on various indicators including their proportion of R&D investment, ownership of core independent intellectual property rights, ability to transform scientific and technological achievements, and organization and management level of scientific research. The latest achievement is another national certification Intron Technology received, following the "National Sci-tech Small-Medium Enterprise" in May this year.

As one of the few providers that offers mass-produced fuel cell core electronic control system solutions in the industry, the Group has continued to increase R&D investment and build a top scientific and technological team, so as to empower its development with technology.
