（Hong Kong, August 2, 2024）- Themed "Leading the time with technology, Shaping the future with intelligence", the 2024 6th Supply Chain Innovative Technology Exhibition of FAW Group held between 15 and 24 July at the FAW Group's headquarters in Changchun, China. Among Intron Technology's showcased products, the highly-integrated electric drive inverter brick captured significant attention with its innovative deep integration design and advanced technical configuration. This iconic new product, jointly created by Intron Technology and FAW group leveraging their respective resources, marks a groundbreaking achievement in the in-depth layout and exploration of future R&D and innovative applications for new energy vehicles. Its unique development and design result in higher power density, effectively reducing system main circuit stray inductance (ESL), and significantly enhancing product performance and reliability.
Intron Technology's highly-integrated electric drive inverter brick is a modular platform product. with an extremely compact structure, which is smaller than similar products in the industry. Its performance indicators are far superior to the industry average. The module integrates cooling channels, simplifying the overall assembly process and facilitating full automation of assembly. The product supports the highest ASIL-D functional safety standards and information security, and is compatible with silicon (Si) and silicon carbide (SiC) power modules. The platform design can provide various specifications of inverter module solutions supporting 400V/800V new energy vehicles, including HEV, PHEV, and BEV, meeting the diverse layout requirements and application scenarios of OEMs for self-made electric drives.
As a flagship brand event held by FAW Group for six consecutive years, this year's technology exhibition focuses on the fields of new energy and intelligent connectivity.
