(Hong Kong, September 22, 2025) - Intron Technology Holdings Limited ("Intron Technology" or the "Group"; HKEX: 1760), a leading automotive electronics solutions provider in China, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai G-Pulse Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("G-Pulse") developed and launched an 800V fully active suspension controller solution. This achievement demonstrates that Intron Technology has become one of the few domestic enterprises to master the core technology of the 800V full active suspension and realize its productization, committed to promoting independent research and development as well as large-scale application of high-end intelligent chassis.

At present, mainstream vehicle models on the market are generally equipped with semi-active suspension systems, which primarily function through air springs and damping adjustment. However, these systems are unable to achieve instantaneous active force control or real-time body posture regulation, resulting in certain limitations in both comfort and handling performance. In contrast, fully active suspension, regarded as the "advanced form" of suspension systems, not only allows for adjustment of chassis stiffness but also enables millisecond-level response and real-time active control of vehicle posture based on road conditions and vehicle status. Due to its reliance on complex electronic control systems, this solution has a high technical threshold and poses significant challenges in system integration. Currently, this component technology market is predominantly led by foreign suppliers, with relatively high costs, making it available only in a limited number of luxury vehicle models.

With a pressure closed-loop response time of no more than 15ms, it enables real-time response to changes in road conditions by adjusting vehicle height and stiffness, significantly enhances vehicle’s adaptability and stability across various road surfaces and driving conditions, effectively suppressing turbulence and vibration to bring users a more relaxed, smooth, and premium driving experience. 

Intron Technology is driven by full-stack software and hardware technology, focusing on system compatibility and ecological openness. This controller solution can connect to brushless DC motors and active suspension actuators (such as electro-hydraulic pumps, linear motors, etc.) with varying power and performance to achieve independent and precise control, support, and damping of each wheel. At the same time, the controller can be combined with Intron Technology's independently developed chassis domain controller. This enables rapid implementation of the fully active suspension system-level control, forming an integrated "decision-execution" closed loop. This further optimizes system response speed and control precision, providing customers with high-performance, highly customized chassis electronic control solutions and empowering Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs to develop highly differentiated and competitive products.
Intron Technology's fully active suspension controller solution can be deeply integrated with perception systems (such as cameras and LiDAR) from advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and automated driving (AD), which enables predictive road recognition and proactive response. By adjusting suspension height and damping in advance based on real-time vehicle speed and road conditions, it significantly enhances vehicle passability and safety. This makes it an ideal standard configuration for intelligent vehicles at Level 2 and above.

High functional safety level and standardized development architecture: The entire electronic control system meets ASIL-C functional safety requirements based on in-depth AUTOSAR architecture development, supporting seamless OTA upgrades and incorporating a number of built-in information security mechanisms.

Embedded advanced motor control algorithm: The platform algorithm adapts to a variety of motors, and supports multiple closed-loop control modes such as pressure, torque, and speed. Torque control response time is less than 3 ms, torque fluctuation is less than 3%, speed control response time is less than 40 ms, speed fluctuation is less than ±20 rpm, and pressure control fluctuation is less than ±1.5Bar, All control performance metrics have achieved industry-leading levels.

Deep open ecosystem-based API strategy: Adopts a unified hardware architecture and standardized software interface to establish an open and convenient technical environment for OEMs and Tier 1 collaborative and customized development. Enables high-end scenario operations such as "Magic Carpet Function", "Dance Mode", "Jump in Place", "High Speed Leap", and "Emergency Avoidance".
