The award-winning G-Pulse High-Performance Power Brick GPB120S650 is primarily used in the main-drive powertrain systems of high-performance battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs). The product integrates the power module and film capacitor in a single unit, combining a laminated busbar design with a laser welding process to effectively reduce system parasitic parameters and improve peak performance and operating efficiency under high-current conditions. It delivers a peak output current of up to 650 Arms and supports a maximum voltage of 935 V, meeting the power output and efficiency requirements of high-performance electric drive systems.
In terms of integration and lightweight design, the GPB120S650 incorporates key components including Y capacitors, a Boost capacitor, and coreless current sensors. It also employs plastic cooling channels, helping to improve insulation performance and reduce system weight while optimizing the packaging layout. The inverter brick delivers a peak power of up to 500 kW. Excluding the control/driver board and enclosure, its volume is only 1.56 L, corresponding to a power density of up to 320 kW/L, effectively combining high power output with a compact design. The product has now entered the mass-production stage, demonstrating G-Pulse's comprehensive capabilities from technology development to engineering application.
