Sets New Industry Benchmark with Integrated High-Performance Inverter Brick Technology

2025.11.26

(Hong Kong, November 26, 2025) On 19 November 2025, Shanghai G-Pulse Electronics Technology Company Limited (G-Pulse), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intron Technology Holdings Limited ("Intron Technology" or the “Group”, stock code: 1760.HK), a leading automotive electronics solution provider in China, was invited to attend the 6th Automotive High Voltage and Drive System Conference 2025 by Gasgoo, where it shared insights on the [integrated high-performance inverter brick technology].

The conference has brought together leading automotive companies, including Changan Automobile, Dongfeng Motor, Li Auto, Geely Auto, XPENG Motors, Great Wall Motor, NIO, Huawei Digital Power Technologies, IPRO, ETAS, Alpha Power Solutions, Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center, and Mavel Powertrain, along with other key component suppliers, software toolchain providers and industry experts. With a focus on technological trends for 800V-and-above high-voltage platforms, industry chain collaboration, and commercialization pathways, they conducted discussions on hot topics such as high-voltage development, platformization, innovations in electric motors and control systems, power modules, high-voltage components, electric propulsion for aviation, and high-efficiency range extenders—aiming to accelerate the integration and development of high-voltage systems with intelligent driving technologies. Ultimately, the conference seeks to propel the new energy vehicle industry into a new era of greater efficiency and lower energy consumption, injecting fresh momentum into the global automotive sector’s green transformation.

At the conference, Mr. Zhou Xuan, R&D Senior Manager of G-Pulse, shared his insights on the innovative advantages and application prospects of inverter brick technology and the G-Pulse integrated inverter brick solutions. Compared with traditional solutions that separate power brick, capacitors and current sensors , G-pulse’s integrated inverter brick solution adopts a stacked busbar design that reduces the overall system ESL to below 13 nH, significantly minimizing the switching losses and turn-off voltage spikes, thereby improving system efficiency and stability. Addtionaly, the HPD packaged module is compatible with both IGBT and SiC solutions, supporting both 400V and 800V voltage platforms.

Mr. Zhou Xuan, Senior R&D Manager of G-Pulse, delivers a keynote speech

He emphasized that this technical solution adopts a flattened capacitor core design, which effectively improves heat dissipation performance and keeps the capacitor’s hotspot temperature below 90°C, thereby extending its service life. Additionally, it integrates a coreless current sensor, achieving a measurement accuracy of ±3% or better across the full speed range at all three temperature conditions. The platform-based design supports adjustments to the wafer size and the number of capacitor elements. Combined with highly standardized capacitor cores, it enables rapid iterations. Together with ASPICE Level 3-compliant software modules, it ensures efficient hardware-software integration. The company possesses one-stop service capabilities, providing full-process technical support covering power bricks, control driver boards, and MCU whole machine development and bench testing, thereby accelerating the time-to-market for innovative products.

As a leading provider of automotive electronics solutions in China, G-Pulse leverages more than two decades of experience in electronic control system development and boasts mass-production capabilities spanning tens of millions of units. Combined with its core technological expertise in motor control, it continues to lead innovation and breakthroughs in inverter brick technology. Going forward, G-Pulse will continue to drive innovation through technology, aligning with the industry trend of integrating high-voltage platforms with intelligent drive systems. The company is dedicated to to deliveringcustomers with more efficient and reliable products and solutions and will work with industry partners to advance the industry toward greater intelligence, higher quality, and globalization.
