(Hong Kong, December 3, 2025) On 28 November 2025, Jiangsu G-Pulse Electronic Control Technology Co., Ltd ("G-Pulse Electronic Control"), a subsidiary of Intron Technology Holdings Limited ("Intron Technology" or the "Group", stock code: 1760.HK), a leading automotive electronics solution provider in China, successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase II of the "New Energy Vehicle Powertrain Assembly Electronic Control Unit Project" in Nantong High-Tech Zone. This marks a new stage for Intron Technology with regard to its inde-pendent R&D and advanced engineering capabilities within the new energy vehicle electronic control system sector.
The ceremony was attended by leaders from government and scientific research institutions, in-cluding Wu Bingbing, Deputy Secretary of the Tongzhou District Committee of Nantong City and Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Nantong High-Tech Zone; Xu Liubo, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Com-mittee of Nantong High-Tech Zone, and Shan Aidang, Director of the Shanghai Jiao Tong Uni-versity (SJTU) Nantong Advanced Technology Research Institute. Core partners from across the industry chain, representatives from engineering construction units, industry experts and guests from various sectors gathered on site to jointly witness this important moment.

As a key strategic initiative of Intron Technology, G-Pulse Electronic Control launched the "New Energy Vehicle Powertrain Assembly Electronic Control Unit Project" in December 2023. The company has a registered capital of RMB234 million. The project covers 20 mu of land and is planned to build an automotive electronic control unit R&D and engineering center, as well as an R&D office complex, with a total construction area of approximately 22,400 square meters. At present, Phase I has been completed and is equipped with Class 10,000 and Class 100,000 clean-rooms as well as a CNAS national-level laboratory. In the value chain of "chip - module - power brick", it has formed full coverage from research and development, testing to manufacturing. In 2025, G-Pulse’s first power brick product successfully entered mass production with an annual delivery capacity of 100,000 sets, and has already been adopted in diverse vehicle models from multiple OEMs
Phase II, scheduled for completion and commissioning in 2026, will focus on advancing the R&D and manufacturing workshops for new products as well as upgrading and expanding the testing center. This will further enhance our capabilities in advanced R&D and engineering of PCBA, power brick, and other components. At the same time, we will build higher-standard laboratories to provide solid support for continuous innovation and technological iteration. Upon full com-pletion of the project, it will become a first-class domestic center for electric control technology and engineering manufacturing, significantly boosting the efficiency of new product develop-ment and the scale of delivery.
